My career in healthcare began after graduating and receiving my bachelor’s in science degree in 2010.
I served as a community health nurse and have seen an undeniable need to improve mental health within the community. During this time, I observed the lack of access and other barriers of care that was unavailable and began my journey to pursue my master’s degree focusing on psychiatry and substance use.
In 2014, I began my studies at Hunter University Graduate School of Nursing in New York City. From 2018 until present my experience has focused on conducting psychiatric assessment, providing holistic psychiatric interventions, psychopharmacology interventions, and psychotherapy. All practices are provided with care formulated by evidenced based practice.
