I believe in each person’s ability to grow, heal, and regain balance, even during challenging seasons of life. As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I work with adolescents and adults whose mental health concerns are affecting daily functioning, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life. My approach is patient-centered and collaborative. I take time to understand your experiences, goals, and concerns so we can develop a treatment plan that feels thoughtful, realistic, and supportive. I integrate lifestyle psychiatry principles into care, considering factors such as nutrition, sleep, stress, and hormonal influences, particularly when they impact mood and emotional regulation. I commonly support individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, attention and focus difficulties, trauma-related concerns, sleep challenges, and mood changes related to hormonal transitions. In our sessions, you can expect a calm, respectful, and supportive space where you feel heard and understood. Treatment may include medication management, education about options and side effects, and discussion of supportive lifestyle and nutritional strategies as adjuncts to psychiatric care. I am committed to helping individuals feel more stable, informed, and empowered in their mental health journey.
