I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and a doctorate prepared adult and gerontology nurse practitioner. I work with the adolescent and adult population. I emphasize a multi-disciplinary approach often collaborating with other healthcare providers, family members, and community resources. I work closely with my patients to monitor their progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. My goal is to empower my patients to become active participants in their own healing. I truly believe that everyone is the expert of their own life and should have an active role in their treatment plan. By working collaboratively, I empower individuals to take ownership of their mental health and support them in making informed decisions about their treatment options. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is witnessing the transformation in my patients as they regain control over their lives.
