Warren Shadko

I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with eleven years of psychiatric care experience treating clients as young as 4 years old and into late adulthood. I promote a patient-centered care approach to treatment and engage people with compassion and respect. I will collaborate with you to build a specialized treatment plan in a collaborative and respectful manner, providing compassionate and evidence-based psychotherapy and/or pharmacologic management in a warm, supportive environment. As a Psychiatric Mental health Nurse Practitioner, I am licensed to prescribe all psychiatric medication, provide psychotherapy, and diagnose psychiatric disorders through testing and assessment of patients throughout my states of licensure.
