Are you feeling stuck in negative thoughts, intense emotions, or behavioral patterns that don't serve your best interest? Are you hoping to build more meaning and joy in your life? You may feel hesitant about reaching out for help, especially with pressure from all directions to "have it all together". I'm here to join you on this journey to discover healing and build a balanced life. My goal is to help you find compassion for yourself, develop skills to help you navigate life stressors, and be confident in the resilient person you are. I believe that therapy is not “one size fits all” when it comes to the type of approach that is being used. Although my background and approach is deeply rooted in behavioral approaches, I recognize that therapy needs to be tailored and personalized to help you reach your goals and full potential. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have had the opportunity to work in the mental health and substance abuse field for over 5 years. I am professionally trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I believe we are all unique and pull from multiple theories to best fit each client. I am available Monday through Thursday 3am - 10am.

I knew I wanted to be a therapist when I saw several movies with therapist as the main character. I believe change happens when we all work together to help each other. Clients who get the most out of therapy with me are clients with variety of different issues and concerns. Three words that describe my style are cultural competency, empathy and effective listening skills. Something about me that is unique is I have ran several 10K and 5K races and running is a hobby and passion of mine. What influences me to do the work do is striving be the best person I can be and helping others to do the same. I grew up as a Army brat as my Dad was in the Army and he retired after 20 years in the service. I got to see the world and the country and that has shaped my world views.

Hello, my name is Tracy Faust and I have been practicing Psychotherapy with those of nearly all ages for over twenty years. I earned my Master of Arts from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI in 2000 and have been full time in the field ever since. For over thirteen of those years my experience was in a community mental health center, providing outpatient therapy, case management and advocacy to those residing in that area, as well as crisis services to all in need, whether residents or visitors. For over six years following that, I worked with children and families providing in-home psychotherapy, both individually with the identified client as well as family-based with parents and siblings. Just prior to the COVID-19 pandemic shutdown, I found online options to work from home, providing psychotherapy virtually, and have been doing so ever since. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you, and hope to hear from you soon!

Born and raised in the inner city by a single mother and a large extended family, I noticed the needs of those that were mentally or physically diagnosed were often not met. Therefore, I began to inquire about what I needed to do in order to be a part of the solution. I began to work in the field and I have worked in Behavioral/Mental Health for close to 20 years. My experience covers a plethora of ages and diagnosis across many settings. My determination to treat and support those with mental health diagnosis during the pandemic inspired me to perform outpatient therapy via telehealth to adults and adolescents. I specialize in adults 25-55 with various diagnoses but primarily Anxiety, PTSD, trauma and Depression to name a few. I love to utilize CBT, CPT, trauma informed care (TIC) and Motivational Interviewing as treatment modalities.

Welcome! I am Julie. I am a Texas Licensed Professional Counselor, North Carolina Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and Delaware Professional Counselor of Mental Health, with 15 years of experience in counseling and wellness. My motivation to become a counselor stemmed from personal hardships of being a young single mother who had to raise my children while managing school and work at the same time. There was lots of stress, anxiety, and fear of not being able to do it all and striving to be the best. Fortunately I had help from a wonderful counselor. So I’d like to pay forward and use the skills I have learned from my personal experiences and professional education to help you navigate life challenges, whether it is wellness and self-care, work-life integration, depression, anxiety and stress, relationship building, grief and loss, and other challenges. During my career, I have had the pleasure to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds. As a counselor, I believe that working together to develop skills to deal with any challenges is important. I implement a personalized approach by leveraging your personal strength combined with complementary techniques including mindfulness and wellness, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy so that you can adapt, build resilience, and enjoy life as you deserve.

Long term problems do not necessarily require long term solutions. By employing the latest evidence based treatments, I aim to maximize durable change in the least amount of time. As my client, you will find me to be a patient & empathic listener. I strive to view life through your eyes so that I can be best positioned to help you attain rapid improvement. Together we will develop a plan that targets your areas of concern. As part of the therapy process, I will teach you empowering techniques that will enable you, after you leave therapy, to become your own master therapist to yourself. I utilize the latest innovations in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, as well as other approaches, to help clients resolve their issues as quickly as possible, saving you time and money. One of the exciting things about the therapy I employ is that problems start to be seen as opportunities for growth, rather than obstacles to happiness. My clinical experience is broad and varied. It ranges from those very significantly impaired by mental illness to clients seeking guidance in making a career choice. I also have training in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), an evidenced based short-term therapy. Open to working with children/adolescents 13 years and older.
