I have been an independent clinician since 2013 and in private practice since 2017. I strive to provide clients with a safe, calm, open therapeutic environment. I believe we are all individuals and there is no one size fits all approach. Therefore, I tailor therapeutic treatments to the need and the goals of my clients. I am painfully aware that some of life’s transitions can be difficult to cope with: be it a loss of a loved one, a new illness, a chronic illness, a disability, depression or just everyday life. Whatever the case may be, we all need help and somebody to talk to during our life’s journey. Some of the conditions I treat include chronic illnesses, disabilities, mental illness, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, grief and loss. I specialize in working with families who may have a member that is disabled as well as family situations. I am here to help you improve your journey through life. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife and our three children.

ADHD, Generalized Anxiety, Relationship Issues
Choosing to seek therapy to work on ourselves can be a scary endeavor, as there are times where it can become uncomfortable to face some of the challenges in our lives in order to feel better. I like to utilize solution focused therapy, mindfulness practices, as well as CBT, DBT, and EMDR as some of the tools to help my patients. I come from a client centered approach, and I offer a safe and therapeutic environment either from the online platform or in person. I invite you to take that next step and start the journey towards healing and learning how to become your best authentic self. I specialize in working with LGBTQ, anxiety, issues in dealing with lack of self-esteem and self-worth, along with relationship troubles, and learning to adjust to the complex world we are living in. I welcome you to feel empowered to take back control in your life and to have the courage to find what makes you happy and healthy. Open to working with children/adolescents 16 years and older.
