I am a licensed psychologist with more than ten years of clinical experience working with adults in a variety of settings. I specialize in the treatment of substance use disorders, mood disorders, anxiety and trauma-related disorders, chronic pain, sleep disorders, and identity and adjustment/transition issues. I practice from a strength-based approach using a multicultural lens that takes into account how our intersecting identities, past experiences, and systems can affect our thoughts, feelings, and reactions. I work collaboratively with clients to identify unhelpful patterns and develop healthy coping strategies to live a life that is consistent with their values.
