I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work from Boston College. With close to twenty years of clinical experience, I have worked with individuals, couples, and families in the fields of community mental health and forensic mental health. My experience spans a variety of settings including providing outpatient therapy to individuals and families in residential and school settings, working as a crisis clinician and supervisor at a psychiatric crisis team, providing clinical and forensic services to individuals and families navigating the complex process of separation and high-conflict divorce, and working with veterans involved in the criminal justice system, in which I received the 2023 Judge Paul F. Healy Award for Veteran's Services. I provide an empathic, non-judgmental therapeutic environment and use an evidenced-based and integrative approach to treatment, employing a variety of techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Solution-Focused Therapy that build on the strengths and capabilities of individuals and are tailored to each person's unique needs and goals.
