Welcome! I'm Dr. Katie Rider Mundey - licensed psychologist and women's mental health specialist. It’s my privilege to partner with barrier-breaking women to address identity challenges, mood disorders, maternal mental health difficulties, disordered eating, body image, sexual trauma, and more. I have a Ph.D. in counseling psychology, and served as the women's mental health coordinator for a large hospital system prior to opening my private practice. I consider it an honor to support women as they pursue growth. I will work with you to develop an evidence-based treatment plan that builds on your existing strengths. My therapy approach is integrative, drawing heavily on CBT and IPT. I don't take myself too seriously, so you can expect some humor infused into each session. My hope is that you walk away from our time together feeling hopeful and empowered. To me, therapy is about more than fixing what is broken; it is about developing the skills we need to flourish and thrive.
