I can’t change past or present stressors and hardships, but I am here to walk alongside you. I aim to provide a safe and secure place to process emotions, events, or relationships causing distress. Together we can explore strategies that foster acceptance, develop coping skills, and uncover solutions aligned with your goals and values. I operate from a client-centered approach that focuses on the person and the systems they interact with. I integrate techniques from CBT, Grief Therapy, ACT as well as emotion-focused and somatic awareness. I’ve guided clients with Grief/Loss, Bereavement, Anxiety, Depression, Life Transitions, Workplace Difficulties, Chronic Disease and other presenting issues.
