Are you feeling stuck or overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, addiction, or relationship struggles? You’re not alone. Life can be hard, and having someone to walk with you through difficult seasons can make all the difference. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can share openly, discover your strengths, and begin your journey toward healing and growth. Our sessions will focus on practical solutions for your current challenges while also exploring underlying issues—such as past trauma, grief, or unresolved hurts—that may be holding you back. My goal is to help you build confidence and resilience so you can face life’s challenges with greater strength. With fifteen years of experience, I’ve worked with individuals in residential programs, hospitals, faith-based organizations, and private practice. This diverse background allows me to bring a well-rounded perspective to the counseling process. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, meaning I view you as the expert on your own life. I draw on evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to increase self-awareness, manage emotions, tolerate distress, and develop healthier coping skills. I also emphasize your unique strengths, empowering you to move forward with clarity and confidence. For those who desire, I also offer Christian counseling that integrates biblical principles and spiritual practices, supporting both emotional and spiritual healing. It would be my honor to walk alongside you as you work toward hope, healing, and a brighter future. Together, we can find a path forward.
