My career began in behavioral health at an inpatient psychiatric unit, over 30 years ago. Throughout my years, I've served clients in a community mental health/substance use disorder setting. My passion lies in providing individual therapy to teenagers and adults. I have extensive experience treating trauma, loss, grief, depression, life transitions and coping with change. Additionally, I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and grief counseling. I strive to genuinely invest in people, facilitate hope and healing, but most of all I love to help people learn to believe in themselves again.
