“The quality of our lives ultimately depends on the quality of our relationships.” This powerful insight from internationally renowned therapist Esther Perel reflects a truth I witness every day in my work as a therapist. The way we relate to ourselves deeply shapes how we connect with others—and those relationships, in turn, influence our sense of self worth, identity, well-being, and growth.
I specialize in working with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, relationship and family dynamics, and personal growth. Whether you are seeking to heal from trauma, strengthen communication, or feel more confident in your relationships, I offer a supportive, tailored approach grounded in empathy and collaboration.
I am a trained Gottman Method Couples Therapist, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I received my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Utah.
I believe real change happens in the presence of authentic connection, and it’s a privilege to be alongside my clients as they build resilience, self-worth, and a deeper sense of meaning in their lives and relationships.
