Hi, I’m Emily! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience as a therapist. I specialize in helping with anxiety, depression, family conflict, relationship issues, trauma, grief, and substance use challenges. I have specific training in working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for families and couples, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness Practices to help you manage stress, work through challenging emotions, and feel more in control of your life.
