I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from Columbia University and have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for over six years. I believe everyone deserves to feel their best, and I am here to help identify and overcome the obstacles that may be holding you back. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel empowered to achieve your therapeutic goals.
While I have experience with a variety of therapeutic approaches, I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety and obsessive thoughts. I also focus on guiding clients toward self-actualization by unpacking thought patterns, behaviors, and childhood-rooted trauma. I work best with individuals who are committed to deep self-exploration and understand that therapy is a gradual, transformative process rather than a quick fix.
Additionally, I can support you in improving self-esteem, setting healthy boundaries, enhancing communication skills, and developing acceptance around things beyond your control.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy running, practicing Reiki, and spending time with my cat. I look forward to working together!
