Life can be stressful and at times feel unbearable, feeling unsure how to move forward. We all need someone to sit with in our suffering and process our emotions. As a therapist, it is my privilege to help you understand the root cause of your pain and walk alongside you to heal and restore. Together, we can work through your struggles and rediscover your joy. My clinical training has taken place in various settings as a psychiatric emergency response provider, emergency room social worker, and in private practices. The experiences and knowledge I have gained through each of these capacities has helped shape my desire to work with clients suffering from trauma and grief. Using a cognitive behavioral approach and emphasizing one’s strengths, I strive to create a safe place for my clients to manage their pain, learn what makes them resilient, and work toward achieving their goals. My goal is to create a safe environment that allows you to grow and become the best version of yourself.
