My name is Lynnette Palmer and I have been a psychotherapist for the last 11+ years. I deeply enjoy the work I do and I have the utmost respect for my clients. My specialties include helping people walk through and find a pathway out of depression. I also enjoy helping individuals work through anxious thought patterns and find relief. If you have recently experienced a traumatic event, I would like to help you work through the mental health effects and find a pathway to heal. I specialize in working with women, children and families, which includes pregnancy and postpartum mental health care. I am a child mental health specialist in the state of WA. I enjoy meeting with individuals who experienced trauma during their childhood, as well as people who are navigating relationship issues with a partner or family member in their life. I have a relational psycho dynamic approach in my counseling style and I like to ask questions and help support you in the changes you seek to make in your life. Cognitive behavioral therapy is a modality I often use during therapy. I am currently a Psy D candidate at Gonzaga University. My availability for sessions are Monday-Friday 7am-3pm.
