I believe we all have solutions and resilience to meet life's challenges, and as a therapist I am here to support you with uncovering your own strengths, resources, and clarity.
Some areas of specialty include anxiety, stress, grief, relationship challenges, chronic health recovery, financial therapy, and making changes in daily habits to support overall wellness.
I graduated from Naropa University with a Masters in Dance/Movement Therapy and Somatic Counseling. As a somatic therapist, I support relating to the body as a resource and incredibly useful tool to connect with the body, mind, and nervous system. I offer mindfulness tools that can help with basics such as sleep and stress relief, as well as getting more in touch with what you need at a deeper level moving forward.
