While I find strong importance in gaining insight, I tend to be goal-oriented and I want to assist you with internalizing the therapeutic process so that your insight and skills will transcend beyond our work together. I see you as the expert on yourself, and I conceptualize my role as guiding you through exploration, shining light on areas that are necessary for you to examine in order to evolve and move forward. With compassion and appropriate support, I believe that individuals can mobilize internal skills and abilities in order to address pain, conflict, and challenging circumstances.
