If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to turn, you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m here to listen—without judgment—and help you find your way forward. My work is rooted in empathy, compassion, and a genuine belief in each person’s ability to grow and heal.
Before becoming a counselor, I spent years as a Special Education teacher, where I saw firsthand how life’s challenges—academic, social, emotional, and personal—can weigh on a person. I later worked with the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, supporting people from all walks of life, ages eight to eighty, through moments of crisis. Those experiences shaped how I practice today: seeing the whole person, understanding their story, and tailoring therapy to their unique needs.
Using multiple evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I create a safe, supportive space where you can explore what’s holding you back, build resilience, and discover tools that truly work for you. Whether you’re neurodivergent, navigating big life changes, or simply ready for something to feel different, I’ll walk alongside you every step of the way.
