Therapy should be a space where you feel safe, seen, and understood. My goal is to create a compassionate environment where you can explore who you are, where you’ve been, and where you want to go. It’s all about you, your story, and what you need in this moment.
Together, we’ll work through whatever is weighing on you—whether that’s identity, purpose, self-compassion, or navigating the ups and downs of life. Through honest conversation, we’ll unravel old patterns, reframe narratives, and explore new perspectives. Think of it as a process of rediscovery, with a gentle, supportive guide by your side.
For those at a crossroads or feeling stuck, I offer a space to figure out what’s next. If you're looking to build a deeper connection with yourself or just need someone who truly listens, we can work together to get there. You are the expert on your life, and I’m here to help you uncover more clarity and direction.
My approach centers on meeting you where you are, with patience and understanding. I believe the strength of our connection is key to creating real change. Whether you're facing major life shifts, searching for answers, or just trying to make sense of daily struggles, I offer a space where you can feel heard and supported, free of judgment.
A little about me:
I grew up mostly in New York City but have lived in many different places. Now, I call western Washington home, where I live with my partner and two dogs (they are basically the bosses of the house). The natural beauty of the area is really something else, though I’m still coming to terms with the fact that the sun and I are rarely on speaking terms during the winter months. Still, there's something magical about those grey skies, perfect for curling up with a book, a cup of tea, and a mountain of blankets.
If you're looking for a space where you can be yourself, maybe get a little real, and laugh at my occasional awkwardness, I’d love to work with you.
