My pragmatic approach is based on the belief that each client is unique and deserves to be treated as such. I believe that clients can gain agency via self-awareness and knowledge. As a empathetic person, my ultimate purpose is to encourage others to reach their full potential as human beings and to take joy in the process of growing as they travel through life. I encourage my clients to find their own strength throughout therapy, while also guiding them along a secure route of introspection. It is my life's mission to encourage others to recognize their inherent worth and live life to the fullest. Having helped people of all ages and walks of life, I am well-versed in the diagnosis and treatment of addiction, mood, anxiety, and adjustment disorders.
