I spent several years in corporate America but I have always had a passion for helping others. Once I experienced a loved one having mental health challenges it alerted me to really get involved and learn more about supporting others with mental illness. My experience with clients with severe mental illness, domestic violence, couple counseling and being a life coach has helped shaped my practice. I tailor my sessions to fit the individual client. In my spare time, I love to play a good game of tennis, sing and listen to music.
