I am a Bilingual Mental health therapist with more than 10 years of experience providing services in English and Spanish. Specializing in children, teens, families, couples, and adults who are struggling with depression, substance use, anxiety, ADHD, suicidal thoughts, self-harm behaviors, trauma, abuse and neglect, relational problems, anger, autism, and severe mental health.
I have a Master’s degree in counseling psychology and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). LMFT’s have the education and training to provide therapeutic services to adults, children, teenagers, couples, and families. I have clinical experience working with both youth and adults. Working with youth requires more creativity and talent and I feel gifted for being able to connect emotionally with young ones.
