Hello, I am Dr. Desreen N. Dudley, PsyD and I am a seasoned clinical psychologist licensed in CT, NY and MA with over 10 years of specialized experience evaluating and treating adults diagnosed with mood, anxiety, relationship issues, substance abuse, psychotic disorders and trauma-related disorder and other mental health conditions. My primary treatment approaches are cognitive behavioral therapy and interpersonal therapy and I hold the following certifications. I would like to offer individuals new ways to think about issues or concerns they may have, problem-solving strategies, stress management and improved interpersonal effectiveness and management of emotions. I completed my doctorate degree at the University of Hartford in 2007, my predoctoral internship at the Veteran’s Administration Hospital and postdoctoral residency at Yale University School of Medicine Department of Psychiatry in Connecticut.
