Reaching out for help can be uncomfortable and scary. That is why I strive to foster a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can tell their story. I work from a collaborative, strengths-based approach, assisting and supporting clients to achieve their goals. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, relationship conflict, and/or other life stressors, I believe that everyone is the author of their own story. At any given moment, we have the ability to rewrite the next chapter. I have a master’s degree in social work, with 15 years’ clinical experience. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Supervisor and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor. My passion is helping people learn new coping skills to achieve healing and peace.
