I am a licensed professional counselor. I have been in the behavioral health field for over 17 years. I have extensive experience in acute mental health treatment and substance abuse, and my specialties include grief and bereavement, trauma, anxiety, and stress management. My main focus is helping clients identify their stressors and learn different methods of coping. While people may share similar experiences, our reactions and perceptions are uniquely our own. I utilize different modalities, including solution focused, cognitive behavioral (CBT), person centered, mindfulness and reality therapy. I look forward to working with you!
