I am Tessica Taylor. I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling lives. With a background in school counseling, I bring a client-centered and trauma-informed approaches to therapy, integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strength-based strategies.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and emotional regulation. I work to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions at their own pace.
I hold a Master's degree in School Counseling from the University of Central Oklahoma, and continue to pursue ongoing training to remain current in therapeutic best practices. I am passionate about empowering individuals to discover their inner resilience and achieve meaningful personal growth.
