Hi. I'm Jenny and I am honored to be a part of your journey. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have worked in the field for almost 2 decades with clients of all ages. Reflective listening, CBT, and mindfulness are tools we can use to understand how symptoms develop. My specialties include anxiety, depression, and life-work balance. I provide a relaxing environment that makes it easy to communicate. We will collaborate on a treatment plan using evidence-based therapy interventions to target your symptoms and together we will set short and longer-term goals. In my spare time, I enjoy going to the beach, yoga, pilates, and spending time with my family and dog.
