My name is Brenda Garcia and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist excited to support my clients with meeting their goals. I have experience working with children and adults that come to therapy seeking support as they are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, adjustment, panic, traumas, and substance use. To help my clients get the best of therapy, I utilize DBT, TFCBT, Gestalt therapy, emotion focused, solution focused, art, and play therapy. I also include an attachment approach if it will help my client understand and gain insight about themselves.
