Hello, my name is Jono. I am an individual and family psychotherapist. Thank you for reading this bio. For all of us, life can sometimes be difficult when we are faced with all sorts of challenges. When things don't go well, it is natural and normal for us to feel stressed, defeated, discouraged and disturbed. The feelings of depression, anxiety, loss, desperation and helplessness can make us feel isolated and hopeless. It has always been my passion and desire to walk with folks who are going through a difficult time and be a partner in your life journey. My specialty utilizes a whole-person strength-based approach where your dignity, empowerment and comfort are my top priorities. I will be your partner in this journey and tailor our dialogues to meet your unique and specific needs.
