I am an experienced bilingual licensed clinical social worker dedicated to improving the economic and social well-being of individuals and families, in order to build stronger communities. I have a wide range of experience working with both adults and children who have experienced trauma, grief and loss, substance use, housing insecurity, and mood instability. I use a collaborative approach incorporating a variety of evidenced based techniques, mainly CBT, DBT and ACT to teach my clients skills to help accomplish their goals.
