I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 20 years of experience helping individuals, couples, teens, and families move through trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My work is relational and attachment focused at its core meaning I pay close attention to how early experiences and family dynamics shape current struggle while also drawing on evidence-based approaches including CBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method (Levels 1 and 2). This integration allows me to help clients gain both deep insight and practical tools for meaningful change.
I specialize in perinatal mental health (pregnancy, postpartum, and birth trauma), complex PTSD, women's health and divorce. In addition, I have experience supporting teen clients, including those navigating pregnancy and family conflict. I also work with neurodivergence across the lifespan, religious or high-control group trauma, dysfunctional family systems (including families impacted by addiction), and children of deaf adults (CODA). My practice also includes supporting clients coping with grief, anxiety, chronic health concerns, and high-conflict dynamics.
Clients often describe my style as steady, compassionate, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where you feel deeply understood while also building the skills and confidence you need to navigate what’s ahead. Whether you are working through the impact of trauma, rebuilding after divorce, adjusting to parenthood, or seeking healthier relationships, I provide a supportive partnership to help you uncover resilience, restore connection, and move forward with clarity and strength.
