I use EMDR therapy to help people recover from past stressful experiences, overcome current triggers for stress reactions, and develop a more positive vision to guide their life as they move through future stress. I have been practicing EMDR therapy for over 10 years. I also use Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction ( MBSR) and iRest to help with coping and managing emotional distress.
