Welcome to therapy! I am so glad that you have decided to take this important step to care for your mental health. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. I have a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over fifteen years in the field of therapy. Throughout my career I have acquired extensive experience working with clients from ages two to one hundred. My approach to counseling is based on collaboration and connection. As a client, you can expect to share your personal story and struggles with me and be listened to. I want for my clients to feel seen and understood during each session. Together we will identify the areas that you want to work on and establish goals that we will be monitoring throughout the course of therapy. If my clients complete the treatment feeling balanced and peaceful I consider that a success.
