As a therapist for over 16 years, I have a developed a passion for helping my clients overcome challenges and build resilience. I specialize in working with the military community, including both veterans and active duty personnel. I also have extensive experience working with the LGBTQ+ community. My experience also extends to those civilians who have experienced trauma, especially those who have PTSD. My approach is client-centered and draws from evidence-based practices like CBT and DBT, tailored to each person's unique needs.
