First and foremost, I am a Father. As a Marriage & Family Therapist, psychotherapy has been a wonderful career and life’s work. At times, I do miss building homes with my father and brother's. I enjoyed teaching Human Development at Weber State. I served in the United States Airforce Reserves in the 419th Security Forces. Apart from private practice, inpatient and outpatient therapy, I worked with homeless veterans in Salt Lake City during my military service. Post military service, I decided to train to fly helicopters. As I trained to fly helicopters, I specialized in ketamine assisted psychotherapy to treat suicidal ideation and treatment resistant mental health disorders. Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and Clinical Supervision for Social Workers at the University of Utah was a highlight of my career as is flying! I look forward to continuing my life’s work as a therapist.
As we engage in a therapeutic relationship; I hope to sincerely help you through significant life stages, stressors and symptoms. Mental Health Matters! After a decade of therapy, I believe in a humanistic existential approach as much as the science of psychotherapy. Happy to Help! Health & Healing.
