I am here to create an accepting positive environment where you are comfortable to heal and grow. I work with those 13 years old and through geriatrics. I have extensive training in working with those who have experienced trauma, anxiety, panic, depression, mood disorders, and personality disorders. My practice modalities are based on empirical solution-based methods appropriate for the individual treatment plan. I use a mix of CBT, ACT, DBT, Trauma focused, and Solution focused therapy with a holistic approach focused on your unique needs and goals. I will support and help guide you through the challenging life events and provide a lasting impact on your life. Willing to work with minors ages 13 and older.
