My name is Suzelle Guinart, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida. I have over 11 years of experience working with adults and young adults, specializing in dealing with self-esteem/self-worth challenges, depression, anxiety, grief, loss, suicide prevention and transitions in life. I also provide LGBTQ+ affirming treatment to individuals who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, gender non-binary, questioning or queer, and their loved ones. I have a holistic view of treatment and use a mix of evidence-based techniques including; CBT frameworks, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and emotional intelligence development.
