I believe that everyone already has the answers they need, and is already doing things that work for them. I present a different perspective about current challenges and with your help, can work on navigating those challenges. You are the best source of information about yourself, and we will work on what you want to work on, at a pace that is comfortable for you. You have already done the really hard part, which is deciding to go to therapy! Any questions you have will be answered and any concerns you have will be addressed. You are important, and you deserve to feel good. I would love to help you learn new ways to navigate challenges and restore your power. I also love working with children and providing a space for them to learn and grow while having fun. I enjoy work with adolescents while maintaining focus on safety, trust and respect; adolescence is a very difficult time, even more so now.
