I am EDMR certified, and have trainings in IFS, DNMS, Crisis, Couples, CBT, Sexual Assault, Mediation, Suicide, Mindfulness, Trauma, EFT, CBT and DBT. I am a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor in MD and VA. As a multicultural and bilingual therapist sessions can be held in English and or Spanish. Some of my individual have come for the First Responder World, the military, law enforcement, teachers, management personnel, and Crisis situations. I also see couples.
