I have over 30 years of experience working with a diverse population of people, working in a college with students, with domestic violence, with substance abuse/addiction, with couples, and with the elderly. I have worked with anxiety, depression, OCD, phobias, relationship issues, ADHD, anger, end-of-life issues, and many other challenges. My approach is based on client-centered theory, putting you first and focusing on what you want and need. I have experience in many modalities, including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, solution oriented therapy, and others. However, I believe believe that treatment should be specifical fit to the individual(s).
