I believe that the therapeutic relationship is very important and through relationship comes healing. I have worked with people of all ages and backgrounds and have extensive experience treating trauma related disorders, perinatal issues, parenting issues, body dysmorphia, eating disorders, and stress and work related issues. During my journey, I have great joy, success sprinkled with a little chaos parenting my own children with my husband. We have a beautiful emotional support chocolate lab that comes to work with me most days. I love body movement that celebrates our bodies rather than punishing movement. I enjoy cycling, hiking, yoga, walking and jogging. Three words that describe my style are: Curious, Reflective, and Authentic.
