I offer support for a variety of issues that can cause distress. I enjoy working with individuals that are motivated to make a change in their life. I bring a lighthearted and relational approach to our work together. I enjoy getting to know individual's strengths and challenges. I received my Master of Social Work from Portland State University then served in a variety of settings including DV shelter, child welfare agency, and residential treatment center. I have received additional training to provide evidence-based approach to treat anxiety disorders. I utilize CBT and elements of DBT to improve outcomes. Often times anxiety can reduce enjoyment in work, relationships and experiencing new things.
