I enjoy working with people from many backgrounds who are experiencing challenges: life transitions, anxiety, traumatic memories, & relationship difficulties. I specialize in EMDR, a brain-based approach to resolving distressing memories or negative thoughts. I use a holistic, integrative lens to discover & address root causes, paired with practical tools & coping strategies you can use right away. I love my job, because of the people I work with & the incredible transformations I get to witness.
