I'm a licensed clinician with a Master of Social Work from Walla Walla University (2016). Since then, I’ve worked with adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions. I use a trauma-informed and compassionate approach to help you feel safe, supported, and empowered in your healing journey.
My therapeutic style is client-centered and solution-focused, and I often integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. With a background in IT, I also understand the unique stressors of demanding work environments.
