I am a licensed therapist with over ten years of experience in the mental health industry. I attended The University of Southern Mississippi then later attended Mississippi College. My therapeutic approach range from cognitive behavioral therapy ,solution focused therapy, client centered therapy as well as motivational interviewing. I enjoy helping others improve their quality of life and believe giving back to my community is important aspect of improving the world. I have learned that people learn differently and I can tap into different modalities to help others to move forward in life without letting trauma derail their future.
