I understand the stress and depression that daily life and trauma has on each individual, as well as their family. It is my goal to find a way out of this cycle and create a meaningful life. I have been working with people while utilizing a positive approach for the past 20 years in order to bring meaning to each person as well as peace within a family. I specialize in working with individuals working through anxiety, change and the impact of the past. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, substance abuse and family/ parenting issues. I look forward to meeting you!
