I am a person centered therapist and believe strongly in the power of a strong therapeutic alliance and in the collaborative effort between clinician and client. I am committed to helping my clients achieve their own goals through collaborative work, empathy, compassion and self efficacy. I approach therapy on a very individualized basis. What works for one client may not work for another. I try to integrate multiple skill sets for each client centering around their personal goals for therapy.
