There is so much more in store for you versus the current narrative you have been rehearsing to yourself.
Just a little bit about me, I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker in Clinical Practice. I graduated from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, S.C. with my Masters in Social Work. While attending USC I completed the Graduate Certificate Program for Social and Behavioral Health with Military Members, Veterans and Military Families. I worked with a non-profit for several years, serving homeless veterans and veterans with mental and substance abuse issues. I also worked with children and families, providing therapy to assist with unhealthy coping skills, trauma, behavioral issues and ADHD.
I have a passion for “meeting people where they are” by providing crisis management, solution focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I believe in providing quality services and working with those by addressing a wide range of issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse and stress management. I believe that therapy can assist one with identifying the root of recurring issues that challenges one’s well being by developing healthy coping skills and gaining awareness.
Open to working with children/adolescents 11 years and older.
